My greet
I am Van Nguyen (aka Vaanres), a Product Designer based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
I graduated as a software engineer and have worked as a front-end developer for a few years. When I worked at Buffalo Tours - a travel company, I had a chance to learn more about business and how to solve them through design thinkings; I made a pivot to UX design then.
From development to design, solving business and user problems has always been a core value in my work and past experiences, and so pivoting to UX design made sense to continue practicing a user-centered approach to my work in design. My background also helps me understand engineers and speak with them by their tongue.
I enjoy spending my time in the design community and learning more about design, business, and technology.
